Hello! I am a one woman operation, so please be patient with any and all requests.
All apparel and accessories are made to order. Due to this I am not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact shopjoannaspicer@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a replacement at no cost.
All ceramic purchases are final sale. If your item arrives damaged please email photos and I will plan for a replacement.
Why didn't I get free shipping if my subtotal is over $75?
Free shipping over $75 applies to the US only and does not include any ceramic purchases. Due to their delicate nature, ceramics require to package and ship and I am not able to offer free shipping at this time.
How come only part of my order arrived?
The apparel and accessories are made to order so your items may ship separately. All ceramics will also ship independently.

Lost Order: Please make sure to check the tracking information before emailing about the location of your package. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please email shopjoannaspicer@gmail.com with your order number.
International Order: Customs and import duties may be applied to deliveries when your order reaches its destination. I am not responsible for these fees.
Incorrect Address: Please be sure that the address you entered is correct. If you sent your package to the wrong address, please email shopjoannaspicer@gmail.com to issue you a new shipment. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
