Hello! I am a one woman operation, so please be patient with any and all requests. 

All T-shirts are made to order. Due to this I am not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact shopjoannaspicer@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.

All ceramic purchases are final sale. If your item arrives damaged please email photos and I will plan for a replacement or refund your order if a replacement is not possible.

How come only part of my order arrived?

T-shirts and ceramics ship separately and therefore will arrive at different times. You should receive separate tracking info.

Lost Order: Please make sure to check the tracking information before emailing about the location of your package. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please email shopjoannaspicer@gmail.com with your order number for further assistance.

International Order: Customs and import duties may be applied to deliveries when your order reaches its destination. I am not responsible for these fees.

Incorrect Address: If you accidentally entered the incorrect address for your order, please reach out ASAP so that I may update your order. If your order is already in transit, a refund will not be given.
