Hello! I am a one woman operation, so please be patient with any and all requests.
All T-shirts and Press On Nails are made to order. Due to this I am not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact shopjoannaspicer@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we work with you to make it right.
All ceramic purchases are final sale. If your item arrives damaged please email photos and I will plan for a replacement or refund your order if a replacement is not possible.
All press ons are hand made to order using the measurements provided to me. It is your responsibility to measure your nails correctly or order a sizing kit.
How come only part of my order arrived?
T-shirts and ceramics & nails ship separately and therefore will arrive at different times. You should receive separate tracking info.

Lost Order: Please make sure to check the tracking information before emailing about the location of your package. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please email shopjoannaspicer@gmail.com with your order number for further assistance.
International Order: Customs and import duties may be applied to deliveries when your order reaches its destination. I am not responsible for these fees.
Incorrect Address: If you accidentally entered the incorrect address for your order, please reach out ASAP so that I may update your order. If your order is already in transit, a refund will not be given.
